Turn Around Time

Our current turn around time on custom designs is 4-8 weeks. For all other products it's 1-4 days, but please keep in mind that USPS near me is only open M-F 8am-12pm*

*holidays will affect USPS business hours and shipping times

Return Policy

We do not accept returns on designs or any other items in the store; unless the itemized is defective or broken. If you order the wrong products or have any issues, please DM me and I will do my best to work with you to get the right product.

Changes to Your Order

Once you submit your order, I cannot change anything, other than the address or email. If you have an address/email change, message me ASAP. Please double check before checking out in case I don't see your DM or email. Unfortunately, I can't cancel any "accidental" orders, but I will do my best to work with you and make sure you are happy with your order.

Lost/ Undelivered Mail

If your mail is lost in transit, please contact your local USPS office. They can help you file a claim. If you lost your tracking info, please DM me and I can look it up for you. Stickers usually do not have any tracking so please keep that in mind. When shipping international it can take 2-4 weeks, but possibly longer.
